Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and energetic Pilates Trainers. The role involves delivering high-quality Pilates training sessions to our members, ensuring safety, correct techniques, and a motivating environment. Trainers from any fitness background with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct Pilates training sessions in both group and personal formats.
• Ensure correct form, posture, and breathing techniques for participants.
• Provide modifications and progressions to suit different fitness levels.
• Build a positive, engaging, and safe environment for members.
• Guide members on injury prevention, recovery support, and body alignment.
• Maintain high energy and motivation during sessions to enhance member experience.
• Stay updated with the latest fitness & Pilates techniques.
• Track member progress and provide personalized feedback.

Key Requirements

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Background in fitness training (Any Fitness Background).
• Enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in split shifts and adapt to flexible schedules.
• Passion for fitness, health, and helping people achieve their goals.

💰 Salary: Up to 6.6 LPA plus incentive and other benefits.
