At MIJA, we believe jewellery is more than an accessory , it’s a story, a symbol, and a moment captured. We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to safeguard and grow our brand vision while leading day-to-day brand communication across social media, PR, and influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers, delivering a premium and personalized shopping experience.

Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable

diamond jewellery pieces .

Achieve individual and store sales targets while ensuring service excellence.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of

lab-grown diamonds, jewellery craftsmanship, and collections .

Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure smooth transaction processes.

Manage store displays, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through clientele and after-sales service.

Follow airport retail protocols, security checks, and operational guidelines.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in

diamond jewellery retail sales

(lab-grown or natural diamonds).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.

Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 airport operations).

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Hands on experiences in handling International Customers will be added advantage
