Job Title : Key Account Manager – Amazon (RKW Only)

Location : Kolkata

Experience Required :

4–5 years (mandatory) in managing Amazon RKW for an FMCG brand

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Key Account Manager (KAM) – Amazon RKW

who will be responsible for driving growth through Amazon’s RKW platform while also managing day-to-day account operations. This is a specialized role, focused

only on Amazon (RKW + operations) .

Please note : Only candidates with 3–4 years of proven Amazon RKW experience in FMCG will be considered. Applications without this background will not be accepted.

Key Responsibilities

RKW Ownership :

Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon RKW campaigns to maximize sales, visibility, and ROI

Account Operations :

Ensure listing hygiene (content accuracy, keywords, A+ content, catalog management)

Oversee PO fulfillment, stock availability, and supply chain coordination

Track and resolve operational issues like claims, returns, and penalties

Analyze campaign and sales performance to drive actionable insights

Monitor competitor activities and category trends to identify opportunities

Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

4–5 years of proven experience in Amazon RKW management for an FMCG brand (mandatory)

Strong understanding of Amazon account operations — listing hygiene, cataloging, PO management, and fulfillment processes

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

FMCG / Ayurveda / Wellness category experience preferred
