What You’ll Do : Complaint Management

Handle end-to-end complaint management — from acknowledging customer calls received via the call centre to closing the call in Starserv.

Conduct daily reviews of Open complaints to ensure timely resolution in order to maintain desired Response Time and Turn Around Time.

Escalate unresolved or critical complaints to the SDH / AM for additional support when required.

Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS)

Render PMS as per the schedule generated through the system on monthly basis.

Ensure adherence to PMS completion targets as defined by the division.

Material Handling & Warranty Management

Coordinate the return of defective materials to the appropriate facility.

Raise warranty claims wherever applicable and track closure as per company norms.

Commercial Activities (Non-AMC)

Prepare and submit offers for non-AMC requirements such as Spares and R&S in line with company guidelines and policies.

Regular Follow ups with Customers post submission of quotations in order to convert them into Orders.

Manage order booking / billing processes and follow ups on payments efficiently to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Your success is grounded in :

  • Educational Background : You should hold a BE or Diploma in Mechanical
  • Experience : A proven track record of 3 + Years
  • Technical Acumen : Your ability to understand technical aspects quickly will set you apart.
  • Problem Solver : Troubleshooting skills and Handson Experience are a must
  • Industry Insight : Experience with VRF / Ductable
  • Effective Communicator : We need a strong negotiator and communicator who can build rapport and influence decisions.
