Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Senior Fiori Developer to lead the migration from legacy ECC applications to modern S / 4HANA Fiori-based solutions as part of a large-scale Greenfield implementation. This role involves end-to-end development, optimization, and deployment of SAP Fiori applications while ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and OData services
  • Modernize and migrate existing ECC custom developments to S / 4HANA Fiori applications
  • Configure and customize SAP Fiori Launchpad, manage catalogs, groups, and role-based authorizations
  • Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure high system availability
  • Collaborate closely with SAP functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Integrate SAP Fiori apps with backend systems using OData services
  • Utilize SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), Web IDE, and version control tools (GitHub / GitLab) for efficient development
  • Adhere to SAP development best practices, clean code standards, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
  • Participate in system testing, performance tuning, and deployment activities
  • Share technical expertise, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Technical Skills Required :

  • Strong expertise in S / 4HANA and ECC environments
  • Proficiency in SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and OData services
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BAS, Web IDE, GitHub / GitLab
  • Experience in configuring SAP Fiori Launchpad and managing role-based access controls
  • Knowledge of SAP Gateway, performance tuning, and debugging techniques
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, integration methodologies, and SAP transport management process

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in international projects and multicultural team environments
  • Understanding of SAP functional modules to support cross-functional development
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and functional teams
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 9+ years of SAP development experience with a strong focus on SAP Fiori and SAPUI5
  • S / 4HANA migration or Greenfield implementation experience is highly preferred
