Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Creative Producer with a social-media-first mindset to support the planning and execution of creative projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who loves content, digital trends, and bringing creative ideas to life across social media, digital campaigns, and video content.

You will work closely with creative teams, account managers, and production vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and with high quality.

Position : Creative Producer

CTC : Up to INR 5.5 LPA

Annual Retention Bonus – 10%. It is part of the above CTC and released on completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period.

City :  Delhi

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination :

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking creative projects from brief to delivery.
  • Help manage timelines, deadlines, and resources to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Coordinate between creative, accounts, strategy, and production teams.

Social-Media-First Creative Support :

  • Bring a strong awareness of social media trends and best practices to production planning.
  • Help adapt creative concepts to digital formats.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for platform-specific engagement and visual storytelling.

    • Production & Quality Oversight :

  • Support the production of content (videos, graphics, posts, reels, or campaigns)
  • Help review deliverables for brand consistency, quality, and accuracy before client submission.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues during production with guidance from senior team members.

    • Vendor & Client Support :

  • Assist with coordinating with freelancers, vendors, and external partners (photographers, videographers, illustrators).
  • Help manage project communications with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Track invoices, contracts, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

    • Process & Learning :

  • Learn and implement production workflows, asset management, and approval processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality with guidance from senior team members.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and production techniques to enhance content impact.

    • Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in creative production, content creation in an agency environment.
  • Strong interest in social media and digital content (someone who knows what works on different platforms).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks / projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from senior creatives.
