Job Summary
A results-driven and dynamic SaaS Product Sales professional to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves identifying prospects, understanding client requirements, demonstrating product value, and successfully closing deals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative sales mindset, and prior experience selling cloud-based or enterprise software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for the company’s SaaS and On-Premise products
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients, clearly explaining features, use cases, and ROI
- Understand customer pain points and propose tailored SaaS solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery to negotiation and deal closure
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to strengthen value propositions and uncover new market opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM systems
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging SaaS technologies
- Share customer feedback with internal teams to support continuous product improvement and innovation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field ( MBA preferred )2–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or software solution salesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsSolid understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and customer success conceptsHands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho , or similarAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionWillingness to travel as requiredSpoken Hindi is mandatoryExperience in enterprise or mid-market software sales is an advantageSelf-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused mindsetCompensation
