Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India for a Co-Founder at  Clublympics . The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development of the company, building partnerships with brands, fitness communities, and key stakeholders, and driving operational excellence. The role includes managing the overall growth strategy, leading marketing and branding initiatives, organizing league events, and shaping a scalable hybrid sports model. The Co-Founder will also play a pivotal role in fostering a high-energy, collaborative team environment and developing strategies to elevate the Clublympics experience.

Please note : This role requires a capital investment towards the pilot Delhi event as part of the co-founder commitment.

Qualifications

• Strategic planning, business development, and leadership skills
• Brand building, marketing strategies, and digital storytelling expertise
• Experience in event management, operational execution, and organizational development
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with ability to establish partnerships
• Knowledge of fitness, sports, or related industries is highly preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with innovative problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management and team collaboration tools
