• Draft and distribute high-impact emails that celebrate IT project achievements, team successes, and strategic milestones.
• Collaborate with project managers and delivery leads to gather accurate and timely updates.
• Ensure messaging is tailored for diverse audiences including executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
