Location : Chennai(preferred), Bangalore, Kochi, Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Shift Timings : 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM IST (US Time)
Compensation : Base + aggressive incentive-based pay structure

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Direct Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills and prior experience selling IT products, preferably in the AI space. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving new business and closing deals in the US market.
Responsibilities :
- Drive direct sales for Codespell in the North American region.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into customers.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycles, from outreach to closing.
- Effectively present product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, forecasting revenue and meeting monthly / quarterly targets.
- Negotiate and close deals in the range of 50K to 100K USD contract value.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align on sales strategies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.Required Skills :
Proven track record in IT product sales, preferably AI products.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.6 – 8 years of direct sales experience in the international market.Prior experience handling deals valued at $50K to $100K USD.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid setup.Preferred Skills :
Experience in the AI industry.Strong negotiation skills.Pay range and compensation package :
