Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Executive (USA) (NIGHT SHIFT) located in Noida. The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and diagnosing technical problems, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
Proficiency in Technical Support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
