Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Consultant to join the A04 project . The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of project planning, budgeting, execution, and integration of PS with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, and SD.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Lead and implement end-to-end SAP PS solutions to support project planning and execution.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PS functional specifications .
  • Configure Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) , Networks , Activities , Milestones , and Cost Planning .
  • Set up project budgeting and availability control mechanisms.
  • Support project billing , settlement , and integration with SD, MM, and FI / CO modules .
  • Work on project scheduling , resource planning , and time confirmations .
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing , and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Prepare training documents , deliver end-user training, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Participate in SAP S / 4HANA migration / upgrade activities, if applicable.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Hands-on experience in SAP PS module configuration .
  • Strong understanding of WBS elements , network planning , and project budgeting .
  • Integration knowledge with FI / CO, MM, SD, and PP .
  • Experience in project cost planning , commitment management , and settlement processes .
  • Knowledge of project versioning , milestones , and progress analysis .

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in SAP S / 4HANA PS implementation.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to project systems.
  • Experience in capital project accounting or investment management scenarios.
  • SAP Certification in SAP PS module is a plus.
  • Domain knowledge in engineering, construction, or manufacturing is advantageous.
