Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source & attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Conduct employee engagement activities and keep a pulse on engagement levels of employees.
- Partner with the People & Culture Team and managers for smooth execution of HR processes and policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in people management and talent acquisition.
Key Requirements :
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
