Job descriptionProfessional Experience : 15+ years of experience in product management, with a significant track record in a senior or lead product role for complex, technical, B2B, or platform products. Deep Financial Services / FinTech Mastery : Non-negotiable, extensive experience and deep subject matter expertise in at least one of the following domains : Core Banking, Payments, or Settlement Systems. Digital Assets, Cryptocurrency Custody, or Trading Platforms. Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or API-as-a-Product in a regulated space. Compliance Technology (RegTech), specifically AML / KYC platforms. Exceptional Technical Acumen : The ability to understand, discuss, and weigh in on complex technical concepts and architectural decisions with senior engineers. Strategic Leadership : A proven history of developing and executing successful product strategies that have delivered significant business impact. Agile at Scale : Mastery of leading product ownership within a large-scale Agile environment with multiple dependent teams. Executive Communication : World-class communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with executive leadership
