Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputed Indian or international institute. Master’s degree in Conservation is essential. 6-8 years of relevant professional experience. Excellent coordination and communication skills with experience in collaborative, team-based environments. Strong site exposure with hands-on knowledge of working drawings and detailing. Familiarity with Architectural Conservation Specifications & Documentation. Experience with conservation of loadbearing structures with timber framing, along with adaptive reuse and expansion, is highly desirable. Knowledge of International Standards & Systems will be an advantage. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SketchUp; additional software knowledge is a plus.

We are looking for a Conservation Architect (6 to 8 years of experience) to join our team. If you are passionate about heritage conservation and have strong expertise in coordinating interior, structural and MEP works with a deep understanding of site realities—this opportunity is for you.
Job Description
- Lead conservation projects with holistic coordination across interiors, structure, and MEP.
- Oversee site execution with a strong eye for detail and quality.
- Prepare and review working drawings, detailing, and consultant coordination.
- Contribute to the development and adherence to conservation specifications and documentation standards.
