Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Installation Technician, based on-site in Middle-East. The Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, setting up, and troubleshooting automated parking systems. Day-to-day tasks include installing and managing system cabling, testing system functionality, addressing technical challenges, and providing on-site support. Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional interactions is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth functionality
• Proficiency in installing, managing, and maintaining system cabling and hardware
• Effective communication and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Experience in providing on-site technical support and addressing client concerns
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Technical diploma or relevant certification in a related field is preferred
• Past experience in installation or maintenance roles is an advantage
