Job description

Develop original artwork, typography, and patterns for T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel items.

Collaborate with product teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with brand guidelines.

Maintain and evolve the visual language of our clothing line, ensuring consistency across all media.

Create and update style guides, color palettes, and graphic elements that reflect current fashion trends.

Design engaging visuals for social media campaigns, email marketing, and website banners.

Produce print-ready files for lookbooks, posters, and packaging collateral.

Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, E-commerce, UX / UI) to conceptualize, iterate, and refine design ideas.

Prepare final artwork for digital and print production, including color separations and proper resolution settings.

Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure finished products meet brand standards and quality expectations.

Skills Required

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Familiarity with print production processes (screen printing, sublimation, embroidery).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong illustration, typography, and layout abilities.
Solid understanding of color theory, especially for screen printing and embroidery.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to balance creativity with time management and project constraints.
