Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating academic programs, workshops, training sessions, and institutional events.
  • Support internal and external communication with faculty, students, staff, and external agencies.
  • Maintain records of activities, schedules, and correspondence related to departmental operations.
  • Monitor and track progress of projects or programs and prepare regular status reports.
  • Coordinate with administrative departments for logistical support, including venue arrangements, materials, and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining databases, registration details, attendance, and feedback records.
  • Prepare draft communication, circulars, and event reports.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and institutional policies in all activities.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Manage correspondence and respond to routine queries in a professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (Master's preferred).
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Desirable Skills & Experience :

  • Prior experience in an academic or administrative coordination role.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with institutional ERP systems or project management tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
