Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in organizing and coordinating academic programs, workshops, training sessions, and institutional events.
- Support internal and external communication with faculty, students, staff, and external agencies.
- Maintain records of activities, schedules, and correspondence related to departmental operations.
- Monitor and track progress of projects or programs and prepare regular status reports.
- Coordinate with administrative departments for logistical support, including venue arrangements, materials, and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining databases, registration details, attendance, and feedback records.
- Prepare draft communication, circulars, and event reports.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and institutional policies in all activities.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and follow-ups.
- Manage correspondence and respond to routine queries in a professional manner.
Minimum Qualifications :
A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (Master's preferred).Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.Desirable Skills & Experience :
Prior experience in an academic or administrative coordination role.Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with diverse teams.Familiarity with institutional ERP systems or project management tools.Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Skills Required
