Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to lead performance tracking and insights across our E-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C platforms (Shopify, Website, App). This role is pivotal in turning data into strategic decisions that drive growth, optimize customer journeys, and elevate overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance across all digital platforms including D2C and marketplaces.
• Provide actionable insights on user behavior, marketing campaigns, conversion funnels, and product performance.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards and performance reports.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to inform and improve decision-making.
• Forecast demand, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
