The Job
Devise and deploy all sales goals and objectives across the organization, including the preparation of sales quotas and budgetsIntegrate and align sales strategies with available talent, processes, IT systems, and other areas to increase sales force capability and successDevelop and implement quarterly and / or annual sales plans, policies, and programs for all sales managersManage the activities and performance of all sales units, including regional managers, account managers, and staffConduct analysis to manage sales performance against corporate objectives and market developmentsDevelop, manage, and nurture new business accounts to achieve sales goalsCoordinate with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, R&D, Finance etc.) to deliver value-based solutions across targeted customer baseCollaborate with the executive team to develop short- and long-term strategic plans, including the preparation of annual business plansProvide input from sales - including growth, competitive analysis, market trends, and business environment - for strategic planning processesConduct regular analysis on pricing effectiveness and recurring trends; create actionable item lists based on findingsConduct sales forecasts and weekly status reportsResponsible for collection of accounts receivable in conjunction with A / R staff to ensure rapid and effective collectionFormulate incentive plans to encourage sales department staffPromote awareness of new products and services to accountsThe Skills You Bring
Demonstrated track record of exceeding ambitious revenue goals / quotas in previous positionsStrong experience in all aspects of telecom sales - Wireless / Wireline / Telecom AnalyticsDemonstrated ability to execute transactions with executive level prospectsAble to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, other stakeholdersExperience in cross border, cross cultural workplaces working in a global matrix organizationStrong experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planningExcellent grasp of brand building and articulation of value propositionsAble to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customersDemonstrated knowledge of accounting and financial practicesExperience creating incentives and compensation plansHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suiteDesired
