Responsibilities
- Engage and build rapport with UK-based estate agents through outbound calls.
- Conduct detailed online research to collect and verify property-related information.
- Organize, manage, and update property data in a structured and accessible format.
- Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with real estate agents, landlords, and developers.
- Source property data from multiple online platforms and validate its accuracy.
- Identify and connect with direct landlords, establishing strong, trust-based relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals for properties, including purchasing or securing them on rent.
- Collaborate with developers and maintain ongoing partnerships to support business growth.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Minimum 3 years of experience in Business DevelopmentAbility to build and sustain professional relationships over the phone.Strong research and data management abilities.Prior experience in BPO, international calling, real estate, or sales will be an added advantage.Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle international clients confidently.Prior experience in international processes (UK, US, Canada, etc.) will be considered an advantage.Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.Prior experience in BPO, lead generation, real estate sales, UK / US outbound calling, or inside sales.Compensation : CTC up to ₹7,20,000 / - per annum + incentive, depending on experience and skills.
Location : Passport office, Near Mithakali, Mithakhali, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
Timings : 11 : 30 am - 8 : 30 pm
