About the Role

We are looking for a

Visual Design Intern

with a passion for creative storytelling and design. This role goes beyond making things “look good” — you will be responsible for turning ideas into compelling visuals that communicate our brand, engage audiences, and support marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create

social media content, marketing collaterals, website visuals, presentations, and short-form videos .

If you’re someone who has a

strong creative eye, solid design fundamentals, and the ability to adapt across multiple formats , this is for you.

This is a

3-month paid internship

with a

stipend of ₹20,000 per month,

with the potential to convert into a full-time opportunity based on performance.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Collaterals

: Create brochures, pitch decks, event collaterals, and digital assets.

Social Media Design

: Design creatives, infographics, and campaigns for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.

Website & Digital Design

: Support in designing web pages, landing pages, and product visuals.

Video Editing

: Edit and produce short-form video content, explainer clips, and animations.

Brand Consistency

: Maintain Opsolute’s design guidelines across all assets.

Creative Storytelling

: Bring complex product ideas to life with clean, modern, and engaging design.

Presentation Design

: Create powerful presentations for internal and external use.

What We’re Looking For

Education :

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

Design Tools Expertise :

Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Framer, or Webflow (any combination works).

Creativity :

A strong design sense, eye for detail, and passion for experimenting with styles.

Communication :

Strong presentation skills and ability to convey design choices effectively.

Adaptability :

Comfort working on different formats (static, motion, print, digital).

Mindset :

Self-driven, creative thinker with the ability to take ownership of projects.

Designing visuals

for web, email, and social media (marketing & communication materials).

Creating mock-ups, assets, presentations, or wireframes under guidance.

Ensure brand consistency across all design touchpoints and platforms.

Collaborate closely with marketers, product teams, and senior designers on various projects.

Incorporate feedback effectively and continuously refine your design skills.
