Job descriptionExperience : 10–15 years in Healthcare Engineering / Pharma Equipment Industry with a strong sales and marketing background. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large territories. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements. Ability to travel extensively across assigned regions. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering MBA in Marketing (preferred).
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Western India for Healthcare (F&B) Customers .
- Identify and engage new healthcare customers Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Western India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Drive marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand positioning in the healthcare segment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Production, Service) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
