Specialist SAP Basis.

Summary Of The Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis consultant to support and enhance our enterprise systems.

This role involves managing SAP environments, ensuring system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Your Main Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems, including kernel and HANA revision upgrades.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues, coordinate ticket assignments, and resolve Priority 3 and Priority 4 (P3 / P4) incidents.
• Optimize system performance through tuning and configuration, and manage SAP application lifecycle (start / stop operations).
• Create and maintain technical documentation for system processes and configurations.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SAP environments.
