Collect simplifies how business owners handle day-to-day collections — from sending reminders and tracking payments to building better relationships with their customers.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Video Editing Intern who can turn raw clips and content ideas into engaging visual stories that represent the Collect brand. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to create short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms that educate, entertain, and connect with our audience of small business owners.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content — who scrolls reels not just for fun but to understand what works and why.

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form videos (reels, YouTube shorts, explainers, product snippets) that capture attention and communicate clearly.
• Repurpose long-form content (webinars, interviews, podcasts) into engaging short-form pieces.
• Add motion graphics, captions, and sound design to make videos more impactful.
• Collaborate with the social media and creative team to brainstorm new content formats.
• Stay up to date with content trends, transitions, memes, and editing styles that perform well.
• Maintain a consistent visual tone and quality aligned with Collect’s brand.
