Are you passionate about food quality and safety, and ready to lead quality initiatives in a fast-growing premium fresh food brand? Join Pluckk as a Lead – Quality , where you’ll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our high standards across production and supply chain operations.

About the Role :

As a Quality Lead , you’ll oversee food safety and quality assurance systems end-to-end — from raw materials to finished products. You’ll lead audits, mentor QA teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance, consistency, and consumer trust.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead quality assurance processes across production, packaging, and handling in line with food safety standards and internal SOPs.
  • Supervise and mentor QA executives and frontline quality staff;

conduct training sessions and performance reviews.

  • Prepare for and lead internal and external audits (HACCP, FSSAI, ISO);

    • ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Approve raw material quality and oversee product inspections and release processes.
  • Manage customer complaints and non-conformities through effective CAPA and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, checklists, and reports;

    • generate periodic quality dashboards.

  • Drive process improvements to enhance quality efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure consistent quality delivery.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in food QA / QC, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 , and related systems.
  • Proficient in root cause analysis, audit handling, and CAPA management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
