The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and post job advertisements. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will conduct onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Qualifications Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Training and onboarding processes Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
