About The Role :

We’re looking for a Product Manager + Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business goals, user needs, and technical execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in defining product requirements, writing detailed user stories, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, driving clarity across teams, and ensuring that every feature shipped adds measurable value to users and the business.

Key Responsibilites :

• Own and drive the product roadmap from ideation to delivery, aligned with company goals.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality releases.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions.
• Prioritize product features and manage backlogs effectively.
• Act as the bridge between business, tech, and customers, ensuring alignment at all stages of product development.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, define KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
• Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications when needed.
• Support go-to-market planning and ensure smooth cross-functional execution.
