Primary skill

Python, Azure, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), MLOps practices, and cloud platforms (Azure MCP, Azure AI Foundry)

Secondary skill

Databricks, Spark

JD

  • 6-12 years of experience in technology roles with a strong focus on AI / ML strategy and implementation.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI / ML solutions in financial services, preferably in compliance, surveillance, or risk domains.
  • Strong coding skills in Python is a must.

Good to have a hands-on design and development experience ( azure, databricks, spark )

Have Agile , Test Driven Development and DevOps practices part of your DNA

  • Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), MLOps practices, and cloud platforms (Azure MCP, Azure AI Foundry ).
  • Strong foundation in data science, statistics, and algorithmic modeling.

    • hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model context protocol (MCP), and Vibe coding for AI model optimization and orchestration.

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in banking and capital markets is good to have
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
