We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our infrastructure, streamline deployments, and ensure system reliability across our production and staging environments on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI / CD pipelines for applications built on Laravel, Python, and Java.

Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, RDS (MySQL), MongoDB, Elasticache, and S3 .

Implement infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform / CloudFormation and Ansible.

Handle installation, configuration, upgrades, and backups for databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and services.

Set up and maintain monitoring / alerting systems ( CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog ).

Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance across environments.

Perform day-to-day DevOps operations including troubleshooting, incident response, and cost optimization.

Collaborate with development teams to support deployment strategies and improve developer productivity.

Drive best practices in disaster recovery, backup / restore, and environment management .

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer working with AWS environments (production & staging).

Strong knowledge of CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).

Hands-on experience with Linux administration, shell scripting, and automation .

Expertise in MySQL and MongoDB administration (backup, restore, performance tuning).

Familiarity with Laravel, Python, and Java application deployments .

Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes / ECS / EKS).

Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging frameworks.

Solid understanding of networking, security, and access management in cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

Prior exposure to Elasticache / Redis performance tuning and scaling .

Knowledge of cost optimization strategies in AWS.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum workflows.
