Position : - Sales Engineer

Role & Requirements : -
- Qualification : B.E / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics
- Experience : 2–6 years in Industrial Automation Product / Machinery Selling
- To Generate new business and drive repeat business from existing customers to achieve sales targets
- To Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base within the allocated territory
- To Conduct market research, customer mining, and segmentation to identify potential clients.
- To Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new regions effectively.
- To Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions using the
- company's products
- To conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trials to showcase product capabilities.
- To Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position the company's products effectively
Responsibilities : -
Conduct 4-5 customer visits per day, focusing on relevant business segments based on territory allocations.Identify and develop potential business opportunities within the assigned regionGather and submit insights on market trends, competitor strategies, and other relevant industry information to managementProvide feedback on customer needs and market demand to support business strategyEnsure Conversion and accountability of materials issued on customer trials.Track trial outcomes and support customers in evaluating product performanceAdhering to the latest price list while communicating pricing details to customers.Prepare and submit daily visit reports and weekly sales review reports as per company policyCapture customer requirements and share them with the sales and customer support teams for quotation preparationCoordinate with back-office teams to ensure smooth order processing, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.Address customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues promptlyConstantly upgrading product knowledge to meet customer applications.Supporting promotional activities of the organization in their respective territories allocated.Regularly update the sales funnel in SAP, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and conversionsRecording the customer visit minutes in the SAPCoordinate with the technical team to provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customersEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries, concerns, and service requirementsConduct regular follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely deliveriesSkills Required
