We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketplace Ads Manager to join our team at Xiaomi India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, platform-specific ad formats, and data-driven optimization techniques to drive sales and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities :
Ecommerce Performance Marketing :
Strategy : Ownership of end to end Performance Marketing strategy for Phones, TVs, Tablets and AIOT categories of Xiaomi. Collaborate with Sales, GTM Product teams to work and execute platform marketing AOP plans
Execution : Develop and execute advertising plans for Amazon (AMS) and Flipkart (FK Ads), working with platform marketing teams to optimize visibility and conversions.
Campaign Optimization : Analyze trends and performance data to refine campaigns, adjusting budgets and strategies for maximum ROI.
Visibility & Consumer Offers : Plan and align visibility spend and promotional offers with marketplace teams and internal stakeholders.
Campaign Measurement : Evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
CRM : Strategize, execute and analyze the CRM program including A / B tests, experiments and finding new opportunities both in operations and tech
Stakeholder Management :
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (Ecom Sales, GTM, Marketing, Finance) to align on goals, budgets, and execution plans.
Communication : Build seamless bridge between platforms and internal teams through effective articulation of ideas / updates across the band for an uninterrupted business
Data Analysis & Reporting :
Performance Review : Conduct regular deep-dive analysis of digital campaigns, tracking key metrics and trends to inform decision-making.
Reporting : Present actionable insights through clear and consistent reporting to internal teams.
Market Research :
Stay updated on marketplace ad trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
Evaluate full funnel numbers against competition and category benchmarks to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in Xiaomi's advertising strategies.
