Responsibilities :

Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and provide data analysis driven recommendations.
Includes the development of hypotheses, frameworks for tests, analysis, options, scoping operational feasibility, implementation and tracking outcomes.
Guide juniors and deliver projects on time.

Excellent coding skills : Python coding (a must skill) and developing SQL queries.

Project Management : Expert in independent execution, adept at guiding and supervising junior data analysts, ensuring timely delivery of the projects.

Strategic & Analytical Orientation : Exceptional Logical, Analytical, and Reasoning skills complemented by rigor and strong quantitative orientation.

Self-Driven and Innovative : Motivated to innovate and passionate about utilizing cutting- edge techniques to drive data-driven decision-making within the team, while being proactive in guiding team members.

Collaborative and Communicative : Strong team player with excellent communication skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful data analysis.

Experience Range : 2 - 5 years
