Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Center Director based in Noida, Sector-141. The role involves overseeing the center's daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. Key responsibilities include leading staff training and development, fostering strong relationships with parents, and continuously enhancing the center's programs. The Center Director will also uphold high standards of health and nutrition for children while actively contributing to marketing initiatives and exploring innovative ideas to promote the center.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Development skills
• Experience in Early Childhood Education and Childcare Operations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with parents and staff
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and Child Nutrition
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Education, Child Development, or related fields
• Experience in managing preschool or daycare centers is a plus
