Overview

We are seeking a Business Process Lead for the Manufacturing (MFG) track within our Supply Chain Process Center of Excellence (COE) as part of a global SAP S / 4HANA transformation. This role will drive the design and deployment of end-to-end manufacturing processes — including production planning, shop floor execution, and integration across supply chain and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting experience, deep process expertise, and a track record of delivering transformation in complex, global environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process harmonization across manufacturing operations, covering planning, scheduling, execution, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with global process owners and plant SMEs to define business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Ensure integration of MFG processes with Procurement (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Quality Management (QM), and Inventory Management (IM).
• Develop process documentation including flows, SOPs, and readiness deliverables to support global deployment.
• Support system testing, data readiness, cutover, and go-live adoption activities.
