Job Title : Manager –ATQM (Mfg. Plants and R&D) Level : Manager Reports to : Divisional Head –ATQM Organization Unit / Location : Gurgaon (HO) Main Responsibilities / Job Summary (Primary deliverables of role and its scope Prepare procedures / manuals to promote TQM vehicles – PM, DWM, CFM & QCC. Facilitate in finalizing the DTQMP chapters related to General & Departmental DTQMPs. Prepare documents for Deming Prize such as application form, pre application consultation, preparation meeting material etc., in line with DP requirements. Prepare MIS for TQM initiatives PD, DWM, QCC, KEP, HIPs etc., Coordinating with Consultants for their Visits, Agendas, Task Assigned and other works. Review selected KEP (QC story) projects periodically and present the status quo to the top management. Execute Training content and Training Plan. Monitoring of POs, Invoices, and other Documentation works Promoting TQM culture through Planning and executing various promotion events competitions, and campaigns, ATQM portal, Newsletter, Quiz, Global ATQM Competition etc. (Includes Quality Month) Authorities : - Standardize TQM practices across mfg. functions. To escalate the adherence compliance related to TQM practices across all Functions. Main Purpose of Job (Why job exists / what it must achieve) To assist & support in promoting TQM methodologies across Manufacturing plants and R&D. in line with TQM road map. • B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from reputed college / university.

• Minimum 7 years’ experience having worked in TQM organization / Deming awarded company
