Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an HR Executive at Axano Software Private Limited. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing essential HR operations, administering company HR policies, addressing employee relations, and coordinating recruitment processes. Other responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of human resources initiatives to align with organizational goals and ensuring adherence to HR management best practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Practical experience in general Human Resources (HR) practices
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work remotely, manage time, and meet deadlines efficiently
• Experience with HR tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
