Job descriptionAchieve AUM, SIP, and revenue targets through partner banks in the assigned region.Drive mutual fund product sales across all categories (Equity, Hybrid, Debt, Liquid, etc.) through bank branches.Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with AMC goals and bank partner objectives.Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing bank relationships.Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers handling multiple bank branches.Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and team business targets.Conduct regular reviews, joint calls, and branch visits with RMs to drive productivity.Facilitate product training and knowledge enhancement for the team.Maintain and strengthen relationships with senior bank officials (Cluster Heads, Regional Heads, and Branch Managers).Work closely with bank leadership to plan joint marketing activities, campaigns, and customer engagement programs.Ensure consistent product visibility and mindshare within the bank network.Conduct training sessions for bank staff on mutual fund products, market outlook, and investment advisory.Promote awareness of AMC products through investment awareness programs (IAPs) and customer meets.Support bank teams with sales tools, digital platforms, and product collaterals.Ensure adherence to SEBI / AMFI / internal compliance guidelines in all business activities.Prepare and analyze MIS reports, productivity metrics, and sales dashboards for management.Ensure all operational processes (account opening, documentation, KYC, etc.) are completed accurately.
