We are seeking an Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our operational processes and ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain operational processes to ensure efficiency.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and operational tasks.
Develop and maintain documentation for operational procedures and best practices.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

1-5 years of experience in operations engineering or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices in operations management.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
