Solution Architect (Mid-Level)

Extropy is seeking a Junior Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of any AP Automation, Procure-2-Pay (P2P), and related financial process automation solutions.

The ideal brings strong functional expertise, technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. The ideal candidate brings deep Basware / Esker or similar AP or O2C product knowledge, solution architecture experience, and the ability to design scalable, future-proof financial process solutions.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and configuration of Basware / Esker AP Automation, P2P, and related modules
• Define a solution architecture that aligns with client’s business requirements and Extropy delivery standards
• Collaborate with technical teams to configure integrations with ERP and third-party applications
• Provide guidance and best practices for invoice automation, procurement, and supplier management
• Conduct solution design workshops with client stakeholders
• Support UAT, training, and go-live activities, ensuring smooth deployment
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide scalable solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Basware solutions within the project team
