Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will engage with potential and existing customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and SMS to drive conversions, nurture leads, upsell / cross-sell services and products, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Communication & Conversion :
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS .
- Convert qualified leads into consultations, product purchases, or program sign-ups.
- Explain product / service features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
CRM & Follow-up :
Maintain accurate and updated records in Zoho CRM or designated platform.Send timely follow-ups and reminders via chosen channels.Use tagging and workflows to move contacts through the funnel.Customer Support & Objection Handling :
Handle customer queries related to pricing, appointments, program details, and logistics.Understand and resolve objections professionally.Collaboration :
Coordinate with front desk, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.Share customer feedback with internal teams for process improvement.Reporting :
Submit daily / weekly reports on lead status, conversions, follow-ups, and customer feedback.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service roles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and TamilStrong command over WhatsApp Business, Email etiquette, and professional texting .Experience working with CRM systems like Zoho CRM (preferred).Persuasive, target-driven, and good at multitasking.Patient, empathetic, and a good listener.Bonus Points If You Have :
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or preventive care industries.Working Conditions :
