Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies across diverse domains, including IT and Non-IT sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering top talent, building high-performing recruitment teams, and fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management :
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals across IT and Non-IT verticals in the US.
- Set and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics for the team.
- Strategic Recruitment :
- Develop and execute recruitment plans for roles in engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and more.
- Drive sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement :
- Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide consultative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies.
- Operational Excellence :
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Manage recruitment dashboards and analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
- Employer Branding & Market Intelligence :
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- Stay updated on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of US recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment (manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, finance, logistics, sales).In-depth knowledge of US visa types, employment classifications (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance guidelines.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, and recruiting tools (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field preferred.Preferred Skills
Experience working with MSP / VMS clients.Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, including training and career development planning.Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data-driven insights for optimization.Experience managing recruitment budgets and contributing to operational profitability.Ability to manage remote or hybrid teams across time zones in a global environment.Shift Timings : 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST
