Job descriptionShaping the visual and functional elements of our high-profile commercial projects. Creation of BIM models for clients (LOD 300 to LOD 400 and LOD 500) 3D designing and creation of fabrication drawings for complex projects
Key Individual Accountabilities

- Ownership of the entire 3D designing work of a project
- Understand clientsclient's BIM models and create Facade model in accordance
- Work planning and time estimation
- Design team capacity analysis and planning
- Optimized designs as per project requirement
- Creation of proper BOM for a project for correct estimation
- Understand the client's requirement
- Meet the delivery deadlines of design work
- Lead the 3D team
- Align organizational needs and team & individual growth
