Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC) to join our internal IT team. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience with EC as the core module, along with exposure to one or more additional SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment Management (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Compensation, and Workzone.
This role involves supporting, configuring, and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors solutions to drive HR business operations, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to implement effective and scalable solutions. A strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, integrations, workflows, and data flow is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the configuration, maintenance, and support of Employee Central (EC).
Provide functional and technical support for secondary modules including RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, Compensation, and Workzone.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions across multiple modules.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and Product Owners to gather requirements and propose solutions.
Handle day-to-day operational tasks and system configurations in a dynamic environment.
Document updates, changes, and resolutions as per IT change management standards.
Coordinate with SAP Support (SAP ONE Support Launchpad) for escalated technical issues.
Support integration scenarios and ensure seamless data flow between SuccessFactors modules and other systems.
Required Skills & Experience :
Strong hands-on experience with Employee Central (EC) as the primary module.
Experience with one or more of the following modules : RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, Compensation, Workzone.
Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, integrations, workflows, and data flow.
Exposure to reporting tools such as Story Reports, Ad Hoc Reports, or Canvas is a plus.
Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues independently.
Prior experience supporting HR business processes within an internal IT team.
