About the Role
Pinkvilla is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR team with daily operations, hiring activities, and employee coordination. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and people management within a fast-paced digital media organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates for junior and intern-level positions across departments.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and job postings.
HR Operations
Support onboarding activities, including documentation collection, orientation scheduling, and coordination with internal teams.Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.Help with day-to-day HR tasks such as preparing letters, updating trackers, and managing HR documentation.Employee Engagement & Admin Support
Assist with employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.Support general HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the department.Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
