Job descriptionBachelor's degree preferably in the field of computer science and minimum 2 years of related experience. CCNA, CCNP or any other network & security certificates are highly recommended. Must have managed a comprehensive data network, wide area network and IT security solutions. In-depth knowledge and understanding of main aspects of network Infrastructure and services like Switching, routing, wireless, firewalling, IPS, IPSec VPN, Proxy, etc. Experience in Forcepoint or FortiGate firewalls are added advantage. Experience in Configuring WAN Links - IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, MPLS, Leased Line and dynamic protocols like OSPF, BGP, etc. Experience in wireless network and 802.11x authentication. Experience in configuring Avaya PABX Systems and administration Knowledge of latest Security threats and vulnerabilities Good understanding of Network services like Active Directory, DNS, Patching, content filters, etc. Must be dependable, reliable, courteous and prompt with strong work ethic.

Summary : As a Network & Security Analyst, you will be part of the Network & Security Operations team and is responsible for manage, monitor and maintain IT Network and Security solutions that spans across different regions. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage, upgrade, and maintain a secure, highly available and efficient IT communication and network infrastructure which includes switching, routing, firewalling, VPN, IPS, proxy, load balancer, wireless, WAN optimizer and VOIP.
- Installation and configuration of Network, Security and PABX devices.
- Build security controls to secure IT assets and internal / external network communications. Monitor IN / OUT flow of network traffic, bandwidth, and security events. Take necessary steps to block malicious communications.
- Carry out the necessary tasks within the overall IT department framework related to communication, network, and security activities.
- Ensure the uptime of the network round the clock and trouble shoot any issues that may arise.
- Conduct vulnerability analysis and prepare statement of control and recommendations.
- Ready to work in shifts.
