Engineering Manager - PHP / Vue.js

Description :

We're looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager who can lead by example, driving technical excellence, mentoring a high-performing engineering team, and staying hands-on with development.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable spending at least 40% of their time coding in PHP and Vue.js while managing people, delivery, and architecture decisions.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across multiple projects.
• Contribute actively to coding, code reviews, and architecture design (PHP, Vue.js ).
• Define technical roadmaps, ensure timely delivery, and uphold code quality.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across teams.
• Hire, onboard, and develop engineering talent to build a high-performance culture.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and maintainability at scale.
• Balance hands-on technical work with leadership and project oversight.
