Data Engineer Team Lead

Contract :  12 months initially

Location :  Fully remote

Rate :  To be discussed based on your skills and experience

Key Requirements :

Strong hands-on data engineering experience with a proven ability to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines in  Spark-based environments

Proficient in  Python , with experience applying it to data engineering problems

Deep technical expertise with  Palantir Foundry  or similar data platforms

Solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals, including  data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration patterns

Experience  leading small teams  or mentoring junior engineers
