The opportunity

Guidewire Claim Centre Support Manager with minimum experience level of 9 years.

Your key responsibilities

• Guidewire PolicyCenter Support and Maintenance (Manager 9 years) who has the prior experience to manage support projects.
• Responsible for designing building supporting and performing defect fixes.
• Performing Root Cause Analysis and provide fixes.
• Proficient in maintaining and supporting applications implementing enhancements conducting testing and managing deployments.
• Must be flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift India Shift US Shift) and On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis.
• Manages the Guidewire PC Configuration & Integration.
• Should be able to manage the key SLAs and KPIs for the successful execution of project.
