Job description

Structural Works Supervision :

Supervise and manage structural fabrication and erection activities including pipe racks, technological structures, modular structures, columns, trusses, platforms, ladders, staircases, handrails, equipment platforms, pipe supports, cable racks, crane gantry girders, and monorails.
Oversee dress-up work on columns and vessels.

Technical Expertise :

Read and interpret structural drawings and material specifications accurately.

Prepare material look-ahead plans and resource planning to ensure optimum productivity on site.

Quality and Safety Compliance :

Ensure all structural work complies with organizational safety and quality standards.

Promote safety and quality practices among the workforce.

Client Coordination :

Certify and reconcile scope, measurements, and materials with clients regularly.

Maintain clear communication and documentation to facilitate project progress.

Candidate Requirements :

Bachelor's degree (B.E / B.Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

For B.E / B.Tech holders : Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication, erection, and inspection of structural works.

For Diploma holders : Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.

Proficient in planning and executing structural work efficiently.
